1. Who we are

BaskLoft is operated by the business identified on our Contact Information page. The operating business's full legal name, physical business address, and contact details are provided on that page.

Shopify provides the platform used to operate our online store. Your purchase of goods is from BaskLoft's operating business, not from Shopify.

2. Scope and related policies

These terms describe use of our website and purchases made directly through it. Please also read our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before ordering.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Specific information agreed for your order, together with applicable mandatory rights, will be respected; later website changes will not retrospectively remove an agreed entitlement.

3. Orders and customer information

You must be legally able to enter into the transaction and provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Review your order, address, quantity, product description, and charges before completing payment.

We will acknowledge an order by email. If we cannot fulfill it because an item is unavailable, a destination cannot be served, or an error affects the order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a different product without your agreement.

Please contact us promptly if an order detail is wrong. A change or cancellation request must be confirmed by us; after carrier handover, a parcel may no longer be recoverable. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights that otherwise apply.

4. Products and use

The product page identifies the specification and quantity included in the purchase. Images and descriptions should represent the actual product; if what you receive differs materially from the description, contact us.

Use products only for the intended purpose and follow the actual product label and supplied instructions. Do not treat a photograph or demonstration as permission for an unlisted use.

5. Prices, payment, taxes, and shipping

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Review the total, shipping charge, and any taxes collected at checkout before paying. The payment methods offered are those actually available in our checkout; this document does not promise a particular card or wallet option.

Orders ship from Shanghai, China. We dispatch orders within 5 calendar days after successful payment. Dispatch is the handover to the carrier, not delivery to your address. We will not rely on an undisclosed additional charge as though it was part of the price you accepted.

We currently ship only to ordinary street addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Shipping charges are shown before payment. Dispatch time is separate from transit time; these terms do not promise a fixed number of transit days or a guaranteed arrival date. Changes to prices or policies generally apply to future orders, not a completed purchase without your agreement or another lawful basis.

6. Delivery, returns, and refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the return and refund process. For delivery enquiries, email qianmu0331@gmail.com. If an order is delayed before dispatch, we will explain the delay and the applicable cancellation and refund option. Estimated transit times do not remove our responsibility to address non-delivery or other problems under applicable law.

Returns must use the authorized destination and instructions. Do not assume that a company office, dispatch warehouse, or address printed on a parcel can accept a return.

7. Acceptable website use

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, payment fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with other users or the store. Do not submit malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service and investigate misuse, without removing remedies due for legitimate purchases.

8. Website content and third-party services

The website's product materials, branding, and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Permission for personal browsing does not authorize copying our materials for commercial use or misrepresenting an association with us.

Third-party links and payment or tracking services may have their own terms. Their operation does not excuse our obligations concerning your order. Website availability may be interrupted; contact us if an interruption prevents access to order information or support.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Send only information reasonably needed to deal with your request. Do not email passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you browse or buy from our store. We keep Shopify Network Intelligence enabled. This supports enhanced features that can use information about your interactions with our store, with other merchants and with Shopify to improve services, personalization and advertising-related features.

Information submitted through our store is shared with Shopify and relevant third parties to deliver these services. These recipients may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Our Privacy Policy describes the processing and your applicable choices, including opting out of sharing or targeted advertising. You can also consult Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal for information about Shopify's own data use and available rights. This processing is separate from our launch-stage practice of sending order, shipping and after-sales emails without promotional or abandoned-checkout marketing.

10. Disputes and consumer rights

For a concern about your order, please first email qianmu0331@gmail.com so we can seek a practical resolution. This request does not make contacting us a condition for exercising any statutory right or prevent you from using an available payment-provider or other lawful dispute process. Nothing in these terms requires you to submit disputes to mandatory arbitration or waive any right you may have to participate in a class action.

11. Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version and specific order terms applicable to your purchase will be retained as required. We will not use a later update to reduce rights relating to an earlier order.
